Dr Houghton is great the best you can get. He has been my dentist since 1985. Any issue he can fix it and listens to what you say with smile. As long as he is there I will not go to anyone.

I am beyond happy with my smile makeover from Doctor Houghton! He is a true artist and my smile looks natural, balanced and white (but not over the top "fake" white). I know I made the right choice trusting "Perfect Smiles", especially when someone randomly says to me, "Wow, you have a great smile". The staff was genuinely helpful, friendly and they really listened to me. I highly recommend them!

I am in my sixties and have been been a happy client with Perfect Smiles for years now. Doctor Houghton is widely known and justifiably highly regarded. Over the years he has provided great care for my wife and I, with no pressure and no-nonsense; always honest and accurate advice, highly skillful care, with a friendly and caring smile. I only wish I had his care all my life. Last year he added Doctor Tamm and Doctor Sai. I have received care from both, and they are, in a word, excellent. Last year Doctor Tamm took care of an old amalgam filling that Doctor Houghton had warned me would need to be addressed. The old filling was extensive and had caused fractures to my tooth, resulting in my need for a crown. As always, doctor Tamm explained everything in detail before beginning, and took care to ensure that I was comfortable. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and his cheerful and caring demeanor sets me at ease. He did exactly what he had said, and I soon left with a temporary cap. When I returned for the permanent one, he quickly adjusted it for a perfect fit - without requiring multiple test fits. It's been about six months now and the tooth has been great, no issues at all. I met doctor Sai more recently; I was in need of bone grafting and other work in my upper jaw at the molars. I was a little anxious, until I sat down and spoke with doctor Sai. She explained everything clearly, and filled me with confidence. She set to work and quickly determined that we could accomplish what was scheduled for that day as well as work that had been scheduled for then next visit, all at that time - but only if I was comfortable with that decision. I told her that I was, and she proceeded, frequently checking to ensure that I was not in any discomfort. Her hard work, concern for her patients, wisdom and skill were on full display. She then took time to help me set expectations for the next several days, and follow up steps. I felt well enough when leaving to visit a car dealership, speak with a salesperson, take a vehicle for a test ride, and then make a purchase. And the following days and weeks have been uneventful; no significant pain or problems of any kind. This high level of care doesn't stop with the doctors but permeates through the entire staff. Everyone is hardworking, very helpful and cheerful. From double and triple checking to ensure our insurance companies provide reimbursement checks (and going to bat for us when they don't), to helping me to realize that the ingredients in the mouthwash I was using was causing staining, and other helpful advice. Great people, great results.

I have been going to Perfect Smiles for more than 20 years because hands down they are the best. The front line staff is incredibly professional, kind and efficient. The hygienists are gentle and through and the dentists have the artistic skill so necessary to fix what broke.

As the mom of a teenage boy, I was somewhat hesitant at the idea of Invisalign for him. Having had Invisalign myself, i knew the responsibility involved in wearing the trays all the time, keeping them cleaned, and not losing or breaking them. It seemed a tall order for a teenager. Not to mention how crooked his teeth were! Would it even work? Thankfully I couldn’t have been more wrong! This process, thanks to Dr. Tamm, has been so smooth and seamless i can hardly believe it. From the initial consultation and preparation to the 8-week check-ins for new trays, I am so unbelievably pleased with how well it’s going! (Kudos also to my son for rising to the task.) The staff at Perfect Smiles are like family now. They are so kind and helpful, encouraging and accommodating. Dr. Tamm is meticulous and the results that we’re seeing make us all giddy, especially the patient! My son is so much more confident and smiling more now — big, (straight!) toothy grins where before he was so shy and hesitant to even open his mouth. It’s amazing what a Perfect Smile can do. What a wonderful experience! Every single person at the Perfect Smiles office has been kind, caring and truly excellent at their specialty. Mine is - unfortunately - a challenging case.
